When I press the up or arrow keys, the bible verse jumps to the next page.

It is similar to the page up/down keys.

If I press ALT+ arrow up or down, the bible verse scroll by 1 verse.

How do I map arrow up or down to scroll 1 bible verse only?

Thanks.

Hi Darwin - and welcome to the forums

When I press the up or arrow keys, the bible verse jumps to the next page.

If I press ALT+ arrow up or down, the bible verse scroll by 1 verse.

This is caused by a couple of settings in your Bible

You have the Columns setting in the panel menu (accessed by clicking the three dots icon at the top right of the resource) to something over than None.

That puts the resource into "column" mode (it might just be one column) and this causes the up / down arrow keys to scroll a page at a time. This is indicated by the left / right arrows at the bottom right of the resource pane

You also have the navigation option in the Locator Bar set to Verse which is why the Alt + arrow scrolls one verse at a time. You get the same results if you use the up / down arrow next to the navigation option menu.

How do I map arrow up or down to scroll 1 bible verse only?

I don't think this is possible but try experimenting with the configuration options outlined above and see if you can get the results you are looking for

    Hi Graham,

I checked my column settings and it is set to 1.

I have set the column to none and the up/down arrow keys now scroll by 1 verse.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Cheers,

    Darwin
