RESOLVED: Sermon manager not working after update

Updated to Logos Bible Software 9.7 SR-1 9.7.0.0025 this morning.  I went to open the sermon manager and while it does list the documents and I can click on the documents; there is no header to create new documents.  I can't click the 'X' to close the window nor can I minimize it.

I've:

  • Restarted Logos
  • Rebooted the computer
  • Reindex all
  • Switched monitors
  • Played with resolutions
