    Hi Joyce

If you wanted to share the reason for wanting to Print this list we may be able to suggest some alternative action that would accomplish the same goal.

    Hi Mike,

I'm writing a Bible study and need a list of books in my Logos library to choose those needed for my research.  I hope there's a way to print a list.  Thanks for your help.

While there isn't a way to print a list in the web app, there might be other ways for Logos to help you find the resources you are interested in.

Are you preparing for a study on a particular topic or on a biblical passage?

If on a passage you could try things such as a filter in your library for the book you are interested in - subject:bookname

Or you could run a Passage Guide on the passage you are interested in and see what resources are returned in the Guide.

If researching a topic, you could start in the Factbook and look at the list of results returned for that topic

And then consult each of them in turn, from within the Logos environment, as a basis for your study

    Does this help at all?

    Hi Joyce:

Should we assume that it isn't practicable for you to use the Desktop application for this? It can be done there.

There is not a good way to do this on the web app.

If you can use the desktop program that would be the way to go. I would probably form either a collection of the books, which can then be searched, (and printed in a Bibliography report if you want), or use Favorites and create a group of resources there. Of course, neither of those would then be available on the web app which would push me back to working in the desktop program. Your options on the web app are fairly limited.

    Hi Joyce

Manually going through the inventory for your library rather negates the purpose of Logos which has a number of tools that will help you identify books that cover a theme, topic or subject. Logos will probable do a better job of identifying relevant resources than any manual effort could accomplish.

If you would care to share the scope of your bible study I am sure we can advise on the best search criteria to use.
