BUG: ESV bible doesn't work in Web App

I'm not sure what you want as you have given us no evidence that you own it and I have no trouble with it in the web app:
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Hi Mike
I guess that when you click on the blue 'Open in Logos' you get the response posted in your first message?

Hmm... I haven't tested that because I'm not home at the moment.
The first post is when tried to open ESV bible in Web App, not in Logos Software. But I would assume if I click on "open in Logos" it would definitely open the esv bible in logos software with no problem...but I couldn't confirm that right now. But I'm sure that's what would happen.

Mike's point is (or at least, I assume) that when you click that button, it first opens the resource in the Web App (with an URL like https://app.logos.com/books/LLS%3A1.0.710/references/bible%2Besv.16.10.34 ), then it opens the desktop software to the same location in the same resource - at least that's what happening on my machine, using the Chrome browser on Windows 10. Therefore it would be interesting to see what happens, coming from the store page which "knows" your identity - and even what passage you looked at lately - and that you own the license, and exactly which resource.
Have joy in the Lord!

When I find the resource in the store and click on 'Open in Logos' it opens in both the Web App and the Desktop App.
If the resource is not opening the Desktop App when you click on 'Open in Logos'. The next step is to very carefully check that you have the right log-in details applied and that you are not using one set of credentials for the Web App and another for the Desktop App.

This happened to me last Friday. It was fixed when I clicked on a small popup that appeared in the lower right corner to refresh the app.
See this thread:

This what I always thought, because these guys love to update the Web App at nights. But no... refreshing the page doesn't change anything. Weird.

It opened in Logos Software, not in Web App.
I'm not getting your "one set of credentials" .... I only have 1 login.
edit: to add
ESV bible doesn't appear in my library in Web App, but it does appear in the library STORE Web App.
And again, I do own ESV bible.

Mike, thanks for your report, we are investigating this issue. In the meantime we were able to fix the issue for your account. You should now have access to the ESV.
