Bug: Text copied from a resource and pasted into a Sermon Document can not be edited using the penci

Logos 9.8 Beta 3 (9.8.0.0003); Windows 10

Replication:

1. From John 3:3 in the NASB, copy the text: 

   “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

2. Paste the text into a Sermon Document
3. When you hover over the text box containing the text just pasted in the Sermon Document, a pencil icon appears in the top-right corner of the text box.
4. When you hover over the pencil icon, a tool tip appears with the message "Edit text"
5. If you click on the pencil, nothing happens.

My expectation is that when you click on the pencil icon, the text box is changed to Block Quote that can be edited.

This happens when copying from Bibles and other resource types.

P.S.

I just accidently double-clicked on the above text box and then it did change from a text box to a Block Quote that can be edited. 

Either the tech tip text needs updated with the proper instructions or the icon should function as it does in similar text boxes in Sermon Documents. 

For proper continuity of function in the application, all pencil icons in text boxes should function the same.

If you click on the pencil, nothing happens.

For info - I've just tried this on Logos 9.7 SR-1 (on Mac) and it works as you would expect.

So this may be an issue introduced in the current beta cycle.
