Sermon Builder and Kindle

I started using Sermon Builder Sermon Manager in January and love it. 

I bought a Kindle Fire for the sole purpose of preaching and teaching from it. No other apps have been added and there is more than enough room on it.

I write all my sermons on the desktop and then sync to Kindle for preaching.

But sometimes - and there is no clear pattern to this - lines or even paragraphs are missing on Kindle. They are still present on the desktop. Sometimes formatting is messed up. Again, no clear patter so it is difficult to reproduce.

I am thinking of getting an iPad so this issue goes away. Before I drop $300 on one, has anyone else had this problem and have you found a workaround?

I use an iPad Pro (the 13" model) to preach from. Most of the time I use a PDF in Notability, so that I can annotate my notes. But often I preach directly from Logos on the iPad. I've only had two issues. 

First, controlling slides with Logos on the iPad is a mixed bag. I know it has something to do with the wifi network, and the order in which apps are opened, but I haven't narrowed it down. 

Second, I usually have to search for my latest sermon, when it should be at the top of the list (in my opinion). 

I should say that I am a shameless beta user; for much of the summer I was using MacOS Monterey and the beta version of Logos on my MacBook Pro. I don't use beta software on my iPad. So, some of my issues could be from interactions between two beta apps.
