Missing some Interactive Media tools
I recently learned of the Interactive Media tools while watching one of Morris Proctor's training videos. This led me to view the list of these tools in Logos Help where I discovered that there are a total of 36 interactives of which I have 30. I assume this is due to the version level I have and that there is likely some higher base package - or something - that contains those that I don't have. If that assumption is correct, how might I figure out what higher package I need to get those missing interactives? (Sorry if this is confusing)

The full set of Interactives number 43. They can be had either by purchasing any Silver level base package, or by upgrading to the Silver Feature Set. The Bronze level has 42 of the 43; Starter has 28 of the 43.
See https://www.logos.com/basepackages where the Feature-only sets are listed at the very bottom (or by clicking the word "Feature Upgrades" near the top.

Thanks Mark. I'm missing something. I already own the Silver Feature Set and - as you suggest - when I look at the full list of interactives that come with it, it shows that I own them all. So....I guess the question is why don't I see all of them in my Tools > Interactive Media list???

I guess I should qualify "own them all" to be "own all of them listed with the Silver Feature Set". Interestingly, when I filter for interactives in my library I get 38 interactives...as compared to 30 that I see in the list under Tools>Interactive Media. One of the interactives that is in the library list but not in my tools list is "Bible People Visual Timelines"

You are seeing what I see. A selection of 30 are found under the Tools Menu and under Interactives in the Library I show 38. Yet when I check the list of them on the web site it shows that I owe 43.
Checking the lists side by side, I see that Before and After has three entries on the web site, but it is just one tool in the Library (the three are combines in one tool). Canon Comparison is similar: 2 on the web site, one in the Library. Narrative Character Maps have two lines on the web site but just one in Library. Proverbs Explorer has two lines on the web site and just one in Library. That accounts for the numerical difference between what the web site claims as the number of Interactives (43) and what we see in our Libraries (38). So everything is there if you show 38.

We intentionally added to the tools menu only those interactives that are more tool-like in nature.
