Bug Regression in Personal Book editing

The latest version (9.8) broke a previous fix from version 9.6 (regression testing failure). I now have to close the Personal Book tab and restart Logos (indexer will not release the resource) to rebuild the book. The previous fix is below from the release notes:

- Personal Book
- Fixed a bug that caused required a restart when editing and recompiling a Personal Book.
