Courses Tool and Videos

I got a new laptop. Love the speed (even though it's not a top-of-lthe line model now, it's newer than what I had!)

The problem I'm having is strange:

When hardware acceleration is enabled in Logos settings, I can watch videos in Logos, but the Courses Tool doesn't load. If I disable hardware acceleration in Logos, I can access the Courses Tool and hear the audio of videos in Logos, but the video display is blank. (Just the window/frame where the video should be playing).

I've updated Windows 10 and display drivers.

Has anybody else seen similar issues? If so, have you been able to resolve it?

    It does appear that the links load in the Courses Tool -- I just can't see anything in that window/frame unless Hardware Acceleration is disabled!
