BUG? Only the name is printed when a Bible Book is selected

To reproduce in a Bible:-

• Enter the name of a book eg. Gal, Gen
• Select Print/Export or Ctrl+P
• The preview (and the XPS document) shows only the
  name of the Book eg. GALATIANS, Genesis

Now repeat from the Print/Export Window:-

• Enter the name of a book eg. Gal, Gen
• the Preview shows
  name, Introduction (if any) pericopes and text of the whole book

If you start from the bible you can click the book name in the Print/Export Window to generate the Preview for the whole book.

Something more meaningful than the name should be previewed when starting from the Bible eg. text of chapter 1 + headings.

The "Current location" option in the current beta is just a placeholder for a more sophisticated resource article selection interface.

Just the title of the Bible book is printed when "Current location" is chosen because of the way the table of contents is structured for that resource. This will become more obvious with the new interface in the next beta.

Entering the reference in the print panel's reference box sets the full range of the Bible book, rather than the specific article being viewed in the resource panel.
