Using labels with lists, doing something (can't figure it out), it causes popup list to not be my defined list. See Pic.

Clicking on the right arrow in the attribute list value area, then clicking in the attribute value area causes the popup list to be incorrect from that point forward.

Not quite, while it will frequently be in the same sequence, the order is unpredictable by design which I find annoying and consider a design bug.
