Crash when opening Home Page

Every single time I open the program it crashes on me, unless I control-click and check the Use blank layout option.

Here is my Logos4Crash.txt file:

4572.Logos4Crash.txt

This has occurred previously & the steps involved are:-

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\User\ConfiguraciÃ³n local\Datos de programa\Logos4\System\System.Data.SQLite.dll and check its version ie. right click & select Properties | Version (it should be 1.0.66.1015)
In the same folder open the config file: Logos4.exe.config file (double-click should open in Notepad or a text editor)
Look for the line: <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-1.0.66.1013"
newVersion="1.0.66.1013"/>
Change to : <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-1.0.66.1015"
newVersion="1.0.66.1015"/> & save the file.

If any of the numbers are different make no changes and report back here.

It was a comment for Logos ie. why does this happen?

It appears that the problem is that the SQLite.dll database engine is being updated but the Logos4.exe.config file, which tells Logos 4 what version of SQLite.dll to use, is not being updated. If you have modified this file in the past (as you just did), Windows Installer will most likely determine that it should not overwrite the file (as it most likely will in the future), since it's now considered user-generated content.

If you locate the file "C:\Documents and Settings\User\ConfiguraciÃ³n local\Datos de programa\Logos4\Install\Installers\Logos4.msi", right-click and choose Repair, Windows Installer should overwrite all the files with the correct versions, including the out-of-date Logos4.exe.config file.

If you could find the DigitalLibraryInstall.log file (in your "My Documents\Logos Log Files" if you have logging enabled, else in your Temp folder's "Logos Log Files" folder (type %temp% into the address bar of Windows Explorer)) and post it back here, I'll see if it has any hints as to why Windows Installer did not update the Logos4.exe.config file as it should have.

When this was recommended previously it failed, presumably because Logos4.msi at that location did not correspond to the installed version!
