Thompson Chain Reference

As a former WS user I had the Thompson Chain Reference in its entirety placed in my Logos account. The marginal notes (TCMN) had been working normally until recently. I am on Logos 9.9 b2 and today when I tried to access the TCMN it no longer works normally. When you hover over a marginal number you would normally get a dialog (tool tip?) with the relevant Bible verses for that particular topic. That NO LONGER happens. Now it tells me I do not have a license to view the resource. I talked to Tech Support and have a case number of 101520. I am also using Windows 11. The same behavior appears on my MacBook Air (2017) running Monterey (12.0.1).

I did just notice that the TCMN links to the Thompson Chain Bible Outlines BUT NOT to the Thompson Chain Topical Index.

Bob, this seems to be working just fine for me. I wonder if somehow the Topical Index resource was removed from your system, or has some other problem. Can you open that resource, then open the Information page using the panel menu. Then scroll to the bottom and paste the Support Info here. It should look something like this:

Andrew, the resource was indeed removed by the Tech rep and reinstalled. I have team viewer installed and am available to help if needed.

Can you use the panel menu in the Marginal Notes resource to "Copy location as url" for a place where the link to the Topical Index is not working, and state which link you are clicking on (or attach a screenshot to clarify).

Also, does your statement above mean that the link you would expect to open in the Topical Index resource is instead opening in the Bible Outline resource, or just that places which do link to the Bible Outline resource are working correctly?

I am not sure this is what you need, but additionally when I click on any of the topical index numbers the topical index appears in another window (pane) and tells me that I don't have a license to view the resource.

Ah, this should work correctly once you get 9.9 Beta 3 installed. Please report back if it still doesn't work after installing that.
