When I print my sermons on sermon builder some of the sections do print well. They are very light and the colors are not right. It is the sections called block quotes, illustration and prompts

Do you mean that some of the sections do not print well?
I did a simple test, looking at what is shown in the preview screen and see that the block quote and illustration sections are very light. Is this similar to what you are seeing?

Yes the red doesn’t show up and assuming some of the lighter blacks0
