Please explain the question do you mean 'rich' as in 'full bodied' or with 'great depth' or with 'financial adequacy'.
If the second definition then yes but with out the implication that you are without depth.
But back to the OP the word 'best' needs a good deal of unpacking. Imagine if the OP went into a car showroom and asked' what is the best car for driving on roads' the salesman would start with a raft of questions. Now transfer the scene to a 'type font' (presumably I didn't get the definition right first time) salesman and think what questions they would have to ask before they could come up with a sensible suggestion.
I have a 4k monitor and I use Century Schoolbook. I feel it is best for long reading sessions. I often adjust the font size according to taste. I use the line spacing "loose" to improve the readability.
The 4k monitor is normally quite large. Reading a resource in the whole width may not be optimal. It is easier to read a narrow column.
