Logos Library Functionality

I am not the best computer knowledgable person but I am capable... New to Logos- so watched the quick start tutorials. My question is about the library which does not function the way he shows it. First he show dragging the library down so it will open in a larger window. I do that and nothing happens- it looks like it should open but never does... then in later video he talks about prioritzing the library... once again he drags it down and it opens big and has the 3 dots top right corner which when clicked gives you the prioritize option... well if it never opens when dragged down you dont have the 3 dots when its in the simple library drop down menu... I paid for a gold logos and would think that the basic function of opening the library in the format he shows would be available. I am using a newer laptop with windows 10... I just dont know what I am missing and as I watch the quick start videos and find that my logos doesnt do those things it gets real frustrating for a new user.

I just trtied that - on Windows 10 - and it worked fine. I see the same thing Morris Proctor shows giving me the library icon that I can drop where I want

I think you are saying that you see the icon but when you release it nothing happens. Is that correct?

Please note another option is to right-click the Library icon and choose from the various options. Does that work better for you?

That's strange - I get the three dots icon in this mode as well

Can you post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon) showing what you see?

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of what is going on

One peculiarity I found (L9 on Win10) is that dragging the Library does not work if I select the bottom of the window, but it does if I drag the little grey corner.
