Hi Myke.

"Localization" has to do with translating the text represented by the datasets into other languages, so it means that some changes were made in how the data is translated into languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German, Korean, French, or Chinese (the primary languages other than English that we support at present).

The datasets carry the localization information within them so when licensed Spanish users use the Spanish interface, the dataset information is rendered in Spanish. (Or Korean, or Portuguese, or German, etc.)
