As I copy in the Bible text into written Bible study, I want to have REGULAR sized numbers INSTEAD of the superscript (so as to help people to SEE the verse numbers better).  How do I change this setting for copying Bible quotes?  I only find help on end / footnotes, NOT about the actual Bible text.

If you are pasting the text into a Word document, instead of pasting by pressing [Ctrl+V], you can use the feature called "Paste Special" and choose to paste as unformatted text. Then all superscript text will become normal.

You can use Copy Bible Verse, look in Tools->Copy Bible Verse, found on the top menu bar.

Below is Copy Bible Verse. Notice the Fully Formated (circled in red). If you click on this item you will get a drop down menu of formatting (next picture). But notice in the picture below that the verse number is full size.

This is the drop down menu which shows you formats that Logos has provided with L4. Also notice that there is a Create a New Style link at the bottom. So if you see something that comes close in the provided styles, click on it, then click on Create a New Style and this style will be opened as shown in the next image.

after clicking on Create a New Style, the style editor below will appear

    1. This is where you edit the style
    2. this shows you how you can expect the style to produce
    3. Remember to rename the style before pressing the OK button to save your new style
