Is it possible to edit the "instant details" information? For instance, on this image of the instant details for BHS: SESB 2.0, I'm only interested in the English gloss. Is it possible to edit what information appears?

That "popup" cannot be edited.
The Word Info section of the Information tool can be edited to show only the gloss (or have it as the first to be displayed). Set it to display on Click or Hover in the Panel menu.
