stuck and not launching

After closing the Logos 9 software, re-launching not working. Windows must be rebooted to launch Logos 9. 

The current windows version is 11 but the previous version had the same symptom. 

Also, as posted previously, a text box appears on the top left. Typing in Korean is written one letter after. If I type "LOVE", first "L' will appear in the text box on the top left, not where it was written to. Then when I type "O", the letter "L" is written in the place where it was written to. ("O" is in the text box at this point.) 

Need help!
