BUG: Error in verse mapping

I am confused about how verse mapping works, or the wiki documentation is incorrect, or the verse mapping for the resource is incorrect.

The resource in question is:

Box, G. H. The Apocalypse of Ezra (2 Esdras 3–14). Translations of Early Documents: Series I: Palestinian Jewish Texts (Pre-Rabbinic). London: Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge, 1917.

It is given an index of Bible (no modifier for verse map):

Err 1

But chapter 14 has two verses beyond the maximum number of verses supported by that verse map:

Err 2

So it seems to me that an incorrect verse map has been used.

A similar problem exists in chapter 11 verse 19

Littman, Robert J. Tobit: Codex Vaticanus Translation. Edited by Stanley E. Porter, Richard S. Hess, and John Jarick. Septuagint Commentary Series. Leiden; Boston: Brill, 2008.
