I am supposed to get Louw-Nida Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament Based on Semantic Domains is included in Logos Platinum and I do not have it. Can someone help?
Have you looked here?
Yes.
First verify that it is in your library by selecting the facets type:lexicon and author:Nida. I assume that you'll find nothing but if you find the title open the information panel and verify that it is downloaded.
Assuming that does not solve the problem, and I don't expect it to, enter update resources in the command box and wait for it to find the resource, download, and index it. You may need to adjust the download times in your program settings.
If that does not solve the problem, I fear that you need to call customer service (or use online chat) to idenitfy a licensing/account problem.
Did both of those steps. I called CS yesterday and the never got an answer.
It is not listed in Logos Standard Platinum and it is only listed for Academic packages. Why do you think it should be in "Logos Platinum"?
This webpage said so.

Did you buy a Logos 9 Platinum package?
The website does say it is included, but I would say that the information given there has not been updated to reflect the Logos 9 packages.
It was included in a Logos 8 Platinum package but for Logos 9 was moved to the Academic Packages.
yes
Louw Nida was removed from Logos 9 Platinum packages and placed in Logos 9 Academic and Logos 9 Portfolio and Logos 9 Ultimate packages.
As I said it was in Logos 8 and Logos 7 Platinum packages.
I would say that Faithlife needs to update that one line from the link you provided earlier on the training video site.
Thanks for the report. We've updated the wording on that web page.

Christian,
You are entitled to ask for a refund on Platinum so you can buy another package with Louw-Nida, or purchase it separately (if you return Platinum, consider whether you want to lose the Full Feature Set you may have got with it).
Or even better, he's entitled to LN since he bought the advertized package, and the error is on the seller side. Unless he lives in the US, EU laws protect the customer saying that he should be able to buy (or get the product) he paid for, even if it was mislabeled or in any other way miss-described.
Like, when you buy a product with a lower price because someone forgot to remove the SALE sign and only to find it's on full price when you get to the cash register..not really your problem.
I wouldn't go demanding anything, but I'm sure Logos will benefit from fair play, addmit they forgot to update the description and let him keep his LN. At the end, it's only a $35 error on their side. Much worse than a loud unsatisfed customer.
Thanks everyone. Logos got me a credit for LN. Blessings to all. Great work to Logos staff.
