My logos software is crashing when opening. What do I need to do? I am working on a Mac Computer - MOs 12.0.1
If I remember correctly, opening Logos while holding down the CMD key will open a blank layout.
Thanks, the problem is that the software opens but closed within a few seconds.
If opening to a blank layout does not work, you will need to provide logs so that a techie can "look under the hood" to see what is causing the crash. Please see my signature line.
JT is correct in that Logs will be need to be provided for an analysis of you problem.
Please confirm that Logos has been installed by dragging the 'program icon' over the 'application icon'?
