Why is Faithlife in Spanish behind on everything? Coupons, monthly deals, FBOTM, etc. In recent months they’ve been behind on VIP coupons among other things. Are they short staffed or is it just a bad habit that’s creeping in?

Thanks for the link, as pointed out, FL is dropping the ball, or at least sitting on it with it's Spanish free books.
