When I go to access The New American Standard Bible, 2020 Update (NASB) Reverse Interlinear
by Randall Tan; Daniel Hart; Steven E. Runge; Ken M. Penner it says I do not have access but I used it yesterday.

    It seems to be working for me.

    I think that you would be best served by making a phone call to Faithlife.

    However when I checked the sales page for this resource it told me that I have 'temporary access' so I guess it is provided to me as part of my 'Connect' subscription. Have you purchased it?

  • It says I have temporary access as well. I called them and they could not track it down.

    You have a license for the reverse interlinears for the1995 and 1978 editions of the NASB. You only own the 1995 edition of the NASB Bible.

    You don't actually have a license for the NASB 2020 Reverse Interlinear or the NASB 2020 Bible. You probably had the NASB 1995 resource open.
