Are the High Definition Commentaries and the Lexham Discourse Greek New Testament database the same thing or two different things using complementary approaches?

Commentary explains what that form means in that passage

Think of an X-Ray vs. a diagnosis - an Xray shows a white blob in a location, a diagnosis explains what that white blob means to the patient. If I am not skilled in radiology, I need the diagnosis (commentary) to explain it to me in terms I can understand
