Greek keyboard

I cannot figure out how to configure a greek keyboard on a Windows 10 PC. Can someone help me with this? I followed the SBL Greek and cannot access it. I followed this site to no avail. https://www.sbl-site.org/educational/BiblicalFonts_SBLGreek.aspx
