Update a Notebook shared/published to Faithlife

When a Notebook is shared/published to Faithlife, it is only a snapshot of the Notebook. Future edits to Notes in the Notebook will not update the published Notebook.

MJ Smith supplied the missing clue to solving the update issue: Duplicate the Notebook, which gives it a new name (Revelation Notes becomes Revelation Notes (2)), then share/publish that Notebook.
