BUG: Choosing Print/Export when viewing filtered highlights in a resource causes a program crash

• I open a resource (commentary)
• Change sidebar view from TOC to Notes mode
• Apply "highlights" filter to view only what I've highlighted in a resource
• Go to resource panel menu and select "Print/Export"
• Logos crashes

**Problem does not occur when not viewing resource through notes/highlights filter

You'll have to provide some logs as I couldn't reproduce a crash with my commentary (upload the zipped file using the paperclip icon).

How many highlights (from the filter)?
