I have been using Logos Weights and Measures for work on a Bible translation. I have found it very helpful but at times a little frustrating. As an example, is the diagrams that help one visualise biblical quantities. In 90% of the cases, these are excellent, but there are also a few that fail to convey the sizes properly. A case in point is 1 ephah of flour. The app shows milk gallons and soccer balls, but neither of these really helps one to picture an ephah of flour. I thought I would raise this issue because it has been of relevance to me. Please see my attachment.

For those nervous of clicking on random links... I attached this image using the paperclip icon in the tool bar.

Logos needs to settle on standard comparisons. Might I suggest for height London (Route Master) Buses, For Area a Football Pitch (FA), For volume pints of ale, or olympic swimming pools, for weight sacks of cement (25kg)? Anyone not raised in the former colonies could be totally misled by the comparison to gallons.

Yes, I think sacks of cement or bags of potatoes would do it. Thanks for your response.
