Can I stop Logos from automatically opening new Notes tabs?

Every time I add a note or open an existing note by clicking on a note icon within a resource, Logos opens yet another note tab instead of using an already existing one. So after doing a bit of work, I end up with an enormous number of note tabs which I have to close one by one.

I can see that in some situations you might not want to bother a note tab you have open, but frankly, I find the way this works quickly clutters up my workspace and distracts from my work. Is there a way to change Logos' behavior?

Have a great day,

You get one tab for each Notebook. If possible, restrict a session to creating notes for one Notebook (selected from the Context menu). Opening from a resource is predictable if you know the notes are restricted to one Notebook. Otherwise, you can close a  tab when you have finished with it.

Alternatively, you can change the Notebook being used in the tab to one that is commonly used.
