I own Who Was Jesus by N.T. Wright and it appears to have not downloaded completely/correctly. My copy ends rather abruptly at page 102 and does not have an index, etc.
How do I restart or complete the download?

I see something similar - ending at page 103 - so I wonder if its a resource issue somewhere and not specific to your copy.

There is nothing missing. The book ends on page 103.In the print, there are end notes. In Logos editions all footnotes/endnotes are converted to popups and not captured in the scrolling region.
