Problems in searching for resources in Library and using quotation marks

On iOS, a library search for “the message of the living God finds a number of results including the resource I am looking for

But if I close the quotation marks, no results are returned

The problem persists if I match capitalisation

Any ideas what is going on here?

Looking a bit further, it seems the matching stops working as seen as a punctuation mark is used.
