LOGOS WINDOWS (10 & 11) AND LOGOS MAC

I own two laptops; one is Windows and the other one is Mac (new). Before, whatever I did on Mac appeared on windows and vice-versa, but lately, they are not communicating with each other.

Note: I do not use both laptops at the same time, but I do use them when it's appropriate and convenient).

Any ideas why this is no longer working, and what can I do fix it?

What sort of symptoms are you seeing?

Docs you create on one system not appearing on the other
Notes / highlights not being synced between them
Reading plans not being updated across platforms
Something else

And are you using the same Logos username on both systems?

Is it that they are not appearing in the Notes Tool of the "other computer" or that they aren't appearing in resources on that computer?

If I highlight a verse on my mac, it will not show up in windows. If I make a note on mac, it will not show up in windows. If I make a note or a highlight in windows, it will not appear on my mac.

The resources are identical in both laptops since I'm the only one who uses Logos in my house.

I didn't have this issue last month. Whatever notes/highlights I made in either laptop, automatically appeared on the other one.
