In response to How to view only one portion of scripture - Faithlife Forums (logos.com) which provides many alternative approaches but not a simple direct approach.
A common question in the forums is "how do I show just one verse" or it's cousin "how do I show only the passage I requested." I suggest that Logos implement two additional reference options:
- /Jn 3:16-17/ would show only those two verses; the remainder of the pane would be blank.
- *Jn 3:16-17* would show the two verses as normal but would fade/gray out the preceding and following text - this would be useful in a teaching setting to focus on a particular part of the text under discussion.
