TDOT/TDNT (27 vols.)

I have been using the TDOT/TDNT (27 vols.) collection over the past few days and today when I accessed it Logos said I did not have it. Can someone help me?

    In the past when you asked a question like you, you returned the resource in question for a refund, and worked off line for a few days before going back on line.  

    If you did not return this resource for a refund, I will talk to customer services and see if they can figure it out.

    Check the sale page if it looks similar to this...

    Then go to your order page...

    Find the details of your order and then ring Logos and, using the evidence that you have garnered demand their reinstatement.

    These are generic instructions and the same procedure should be followed whenever something like this happens.

    (not that it should happen often - it has never happened to me)
