Logos 9 Mobile Suddenly Just Started to Close Itself For No Reason

Have been running Logos 9 Mobile on my Kindle Fire for some time now.  Within the last week or so, the app has just started closing itself for no apparent reason.  It restarts just fine, then within a matter of minutes, it will close itself again.  This happens over and over.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest app from the Kindle App Store.  No change.  Have tried a soft reset.  No change.  Have not tried a hard reset.

My Fire is an HD 8 and is running Fire OS 7.3.2.1 which was installed on 10/16/21 2:21 am.  Don't know if this problem is related to the OS upgrade as my usage is sporadic.  However, I think everything was fine until just the last week.

Anybody experiencing this issue?  Thanks.

    This has happened to me.... when it did...  I thought I lost online connection. I re-booted and all was well.

    *** UPDATE ***

    Fire auto-updated its operating system to OS 7.3.2.2 on 11/19/21, and the Logos Mobile app no longer seems to be closing itself.  Perhaps it was an issue with the OS, not the app.

    *** 2nd UPDATE ***  I responded too quickly to the Logos App working properly after a Fire upgrade.  It still closes for no reason, but just takes longer to do so.  It might take 10-20 minutes to close.  Then you have to restart the App.  It will continue to do this . . . very annoying!!!

    Please send us your logs.

    Do the following:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.

     We can then look into this further.
