Unable to Update 9.9
The most recent update will not run on my laptop but indicates that I have insufficient permission to run the update. It suggests running as Administrator.
It will run and update when run as the Administrator, but that does not update the software for me as a user. For security reason, routinely running programs as Admin is not advised and I do not do that. Thus when launched normally, it still says there is an update to be installed, and then says the update cannot be installed.
Installing as Admin should update the software for all users on the computer (i.e., me).
Suggestions are implementing the update where it is available without running the PC as Admin?

If not, what specific message about permission are you getting
And, you are quite right, running as Admin is not recommended and it is worth finding out what is causing the problem.
