Look up "That which" in ESV, is tagged as neuter in Greek. IMHO, that's correct. See NA28 and Morphology Charts.

But have a look at the same in NASB95 "What", it's wrongly tagged as masculine in Greek.Perhaps in more versions.

We changed this relative pronoun in the Greek NT text -- which is unambiguously neuter -- to masculine, perhaps to match the person entity tagging (i.e. "Jesus"). But we now realize that was a mistake and I'll be changing it back to its proper morphological analysis.
