There are lots of ways to explore the New Testament's use of the Old Testament in Logos.
The New Testament Use of the Old Testament interactive resource is a good starting point.
The Bible Books Explorer interactive resource also has a nice interactive visualization of the connections between the books, which link to searches.
You can build your own searches, too, using the Intertext label. Here are some examples:

You can also do a Bible search for a reference (e.g., Isaiah 6) to find where a particular version mentions it in its cross-reference footnotes.
Lastly, some Bibles have an OT Quotation field, so you can search within the text of OT quotations in the NT (e.g., Gentiles in OT quotations in the NT).
