I am working in a resource that has review questions. (The Promise and the Blessing by Michael Harbin). It has review questions. In the chapter I am in it has 6 questions. When I enter my answers Logos creates a note. However the anchor is the same for all 6 questions in the chapter. The anchor is

For every note that anchor is question #1. Why is this like this? Is this a problem with just this resource or are other resources with input questions treated the same? Thank you for your help.
