I would make fewer errors and get less annoyed if the rules were tweaked so that:
- An entry beginning with OPEN would prioritize resources above Factbook
- An entry beginning with SHOW would prioritize tools above Factbook
- A Bible referrence entry would prioritize Open preferred Bible to passage above Factbook
