While the problem occurs elsewhere, it is most obvious in the Factbook - the sidebar entries can be long and can be indented, making the default width of the panel useless. Yes, we can widen it by grabbing the edge and moving it to the right, but it would be helpful if we could rest on the dividing line and double click to the appropriate size (longest necessary) similar to the even division function in panels.
