Factbook won't work
I am a Windows 10 user, I have recently upgraded my software to the newest version, ever since the Factbook won't work. When I try to open the factbook, I get a message stating that new modules need to be installed next time I restart the software, I have restarted it several times with no results. Any suggestions?

Hi Jonathan - and welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I have recently upgraded my software to the newest version
Do you mean the latest build of Windows 10 (if so, which build) or the latest version of Logos SW (which version are you running)?
When I try to open the factbook, I get a message stating that new modules need to be installed next time I restart the software
I have never seen this message as far as I can recall - please post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon) showing what you are describing

Hi Graham, thank you for getting back to me.
I am running the latest version of Logos 9.9, I have recently purchased the Silver Package.
I am not exactly sure which version of Windows 10 I have, but I am sure it has all the updates.
I am attaching a screen shot of the message concerning the Factbook.

Thanks Jonathan
So it looks as though the required datasets to make Factbook work properly are not downloading - can you check your Download Settings in Program Settings to see how that is configured?
And if that doesn’t identify the problem please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread after restarting Logos and trying to start the Factbook
Details about how to run logging are at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files

Thank you Graham. It appears that it was some issue with the updates. I change the Download Settings to manual and after all downloads were over I've restarted the software. The Factbook is now working normally.
I really appreciate your help
