Managing Notes Within A Notebook

I would like to see a better way to manage notes within a notebook. You can move notes within the notebook by clicking and dragging them. However, if you have a large notebook it can take some time to move a note to where you want it. If you have studied through a book and created a notebook for that book and later see something in the book that you hadn't noticed before you want to highlight it or make a note. Either way it will add it to the bottom of the notebook. That is not where you will want it. You will want it in the sequence where it belongs within your notes. This is not easy if you have a large notebook. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like you have your notebook in date created order. Have you tried reference order?

    Err 1

Thanks MJ. I am not working in a versified resource so sorting by reference is not an option. I don't have an issue when I am working in commentaries or other versified resources. In that case if I am working through a book of the Bible I can follow along with my notes icons attached to the various verses or pericopes in my Bible. What I have trouble with is when I am working in a non-versified resource. If I have completed working through a resource and then later I want to add an additional note to say chapter three it takes a fair bit of work to move it to where I want it after I have added it.
