Septuagint translation feature in Bible Word Study not working

I am running Logos 9 Bronze that includes Logos LXX and LXX Swete but unfortunately under Bible Word Study the Septuagint translation feature isn't working and the settings feature doesn't do anything . Is there a setting that I'm missing or something else?

    Please post a screen shot of what you are doing using the paperclip or the amber icon. I suspect I know what is wrong but don't wish to confuse you if I'm wrong.
