iPod Offline Mode: Error Loading Book

I get the message:

Error Loading Book
Logos could note load the specified book.
OK

When I try to read the MacArthur Study Bible in offline mode (either no WiFi or Airplane mode).

Yes, I've downloaded the book.  Yes, I was able to read the book in offline mode before version 1.4.2  Yes, the MacArthur Study Bible appears in my "Recent Books" list (but not my Library list) in offline mode.  Yes, I can read OTHER books in offline mode.

Any suggestions?  (Why do I think I'm going to hear "delete, reinstall, re-download your books?)
