When there is a passage that spans multiple pages, I cannot figure out how to highlight it. I drag my finger over the passage and get to the end of it, but it does not advance to the next page. I am sure I am doing something wrong is the seems like a very basic feature – I use it all the time in the Kindle app. Appreciate any assistance as I am new to the application. Thank you!

    The 2 possibles:

    - 2-finger adjust/move the page to allow highlighting

    - Temporarily reduce the font (yes, silly)

Your frustration began the day the app was intro'd ... even one of the FL owners.

There are two techniques, depending upon the scroll view you are using.

    1. In "scroll view," this is much easier... just highlight and drag.

    2. In "page view," this is a bit harder, but not much. A) Make the selection on the page B) use two fingers to drag the page up C) continue making the selection.

  • Thanks - though that only seems to work if you are using the method of selecting the text and then dragging the ios text selection and then pressing the highlight popup option. Super clunky :(

Very surprising given that Olive Tree allows you to use your finger to easily highlight a passage that spans page or scroll and Kindle is even cleaner at it!!

It is. However, the app does quite a bit. The kindle app is just a reader. The FL apps have to allow for many other features.
