True. But it's a bit of linguistic fudging. Any application requires pre-apologies.
The only way I've ever done it, is to take advantage of DBL's sense assignments by verse, relative to LNs. Attach a CitedBy using DBL-Hebrew, to a desired Bible ... maybe an RI for convenience.
