Reflagger etc questions

Does Reflagger not work in One Note? It would be super convenient if different software could recognize a scriptural reference and when I click on it. Then it could me to that scripture in Logos. Is it possible?

    Get the L4 link address from Logos, and use that to create a Link in One Note  i.e.

    • select the reference, or text you have typed
    • right-click it and select Link...
    • paste the L4 link into the Address box
    • click OK
